Narpadham Foods is a food manufacturing and retail business established in 2020, operating under the laws of India and headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. We specialise in authentic South Indian podis, herbal powders, health mixes, sweets, and savouries produced without artificial preservatives, colours, or flavours.
We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including ingredients, net weight, nutritional information, and shelf life. Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product due to natural colour variations in ingredients or batch differences.
All our products are manufactured in compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (FSSAI) and applicable regulations of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. Our FSSAI licence number is available upon request. Products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including nuts, sesame, and dairy.
We reserve the right to modify product formulations, names, packaging, or availability at any time without prior notice. In the event of a discrepancy between a product listing and the physical label, the physical label shall prevail.
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is made.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway licensed by the Reserve Bank of India. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets supported by Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
An order is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error is discovered on the website, in which case a full refund will be issued immediately.
Narpadham Foods is not responsible for any fees or charges levied by your bank or payment provider. Failed payment transactions must be resolved directly with your bank. If a payment fails but your account is debited, the amount will be automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

Payment
Complete payment via Razorpay. Your order is not placed until payment is confirmed.
Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email with your order ID within a few minutes of successful payment.
Dispatch
We prepare and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days. A tracking number will be shared once dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability. You will be notified and any payment made will be fully refunded.
We currently ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed - delays may occur due to weather, courier disruptions, or public holidays. Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch; express options may be available at additional cost.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated based on the delivery pincode and order weight and are displayed clearly at checkout before payment. Free shipping thresholds, if offered, will be shown on the website or communicated via promotional channels.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of order.
For international orders (currently UAE and select markets), delivery timelines, customs duties, and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will provide the necessary documentation for customs clearance, but we cannot guarantee delivery timelines for international shipments.
Important: As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is physically damaged, tampered with, or has an issue with quality, contact us at narpadhamfoods@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a pickup and deliver the correct product or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges paid.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of order placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at narpadhamfoods@gmail.com or call +91 7550110383. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, or bank account). Razorpay may take additional 2–3 business days to reflect the refund depending on your bank.
We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with taste, flavour, or personal preference, as food products are inherently subjective. However, we genuinely value customer feedback and will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
All Narpadham Foods products are manufactured under hygienic conditions in compliance with FSSAI standards. Our products contain no artificial preservatives, artificial colours, or artificial flavours. However, they are manufactured in facilities that also handle sesame, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, and gluten-containing grains. Cross-contamination cannot be fully ruled out.
Customers with known allergies or dietary restrictions are advised to carefully read the ingredient list on the product label before consumption. Our products are intended for general consumption and are not medical treatments or substitutes for medical advice. While many of our products contain traditionally recognised nutritional ingredients, we do not make therapeutic or medicinal claims.
